You can create a rat-cat character of your own ✅️ They could be used as a background character ✅️ I might draw them for fun, maybe a surprise or gift ✅️ You can just make the character for yourself, ofc, and come up with your own side-story for fun ❌️ No NSFW in this, please, I will not take it lightly ❌️ Don't take advantage of story points by being a "powerful god" these are cats 💔
2. I will sometimes make adopts, MAYBE ✅️ They will start off free until I figure something out to change that ❌️ You can not take more than one, save some for others
3. Respect other people, don't cry over stuff that isn't worth it
