Deranged is the, for lack of a better term, umbrella title for a multitude of stories with their own collective characters and plot lines. All stories usually end up taking place in or near a city that goes by the name of Tranquil; Tranquil is a vast city full of many diverse citizens and nonsense laws. Not everything has to make sense regarding the characters and their lives, hence the name Deranged.
