Uh I gave up making it with dots cause I wasn’t nearly half done and I was already 40 mins in working on it😭 so ye He looks so silly I had to draw him! I think it’s a nice touch adding the noise effect, I’ve been doing it. Lately and I rlly like it so yeah Also new watermark with both WOOPER and POLIWAG :0 Can it see?/ref
