Comic base part 15

This will be the last idea for @rainiscool2008 for part 15 of Chuck E in the hospital where Helen knows what Popgoes had done to Chuck E then Billy Bob has to give Popgoes what he deserves, after Chuck E knew that the rat poison did hurt him Helen decided to support him and make sure that they're not going to let anyone rat poison him again
